Qigong masters from around the world. With help from the movie it is now possible
to learn the unique Qigong technique. The movie contains two different parts:
Qigong I is a longer and more detailed Qigong session,
wich also beginners can follow. Qigong II is shorter and is better suited
for the more experienced. The movie is easy to follow and understand. It contains
all the different exercise you may need; from easy to powerful Qigong movements.
